As a personal training I'm always looking for different ways to beast my clients, this little pack is a fantastic idea... I like the fact you can make your own little routine up with the cards, instead of taking the whole pack to the gym, I just take the cards in the routine I'm using, Ive punched holes in the corner of the cards, and tied a piece of string around them, to use like a flip chart... I also bought two large dice, and I get my clients to roll the dice, and what ever number the dice lands on, is how many seconds they work for... regardless if they land on high or low numbers their still working for an intensive HR... THE DICE IS IN THEIR HANDS!

These cards are amazing! They're made from a durable material, are large enough to see clearly but also small enough to carry with you. They're created so that you can make up your own workouts without having a PT with you. I bought the dumbell pack as well and both packs came with a mini calendar that you can use a dry-wipe pen on, multiple set workouts and 6 blank templates to create your own routines. The cards are numbered and categorised according to types of workout (upper body, glites, core etc). I want all of the sets!
