I use this to track 3 separate clients and their workouts. I take it to the gym and it is handled quite roughly. It has held up well over three months but is now beginning to look a little dog earred. It has musculoskeletal drawings and exercises suggestions for those who need reminders of which exercises work different parts of the body.
